Yoga With Srinatha – An Internationally Certified Yoga School, was established by Dr. Balasundra Srinatha with the mission of making authentic Yoga accessible to everyone, no matter where they are in the world.

Dr. Srinatha has had the honor of learning and practicing alongside renowned figures like B.K.S Iyengar and Sri Gopaljeeyar, as well as other esteemed Yoga Gurus from India. With over 30 years of teaching experience globally, he has a deep understanding of his students' minds and bodies, recognizing the excitement and limitations they bring. His goal is to help them find balance, enabling them to become both skilled yoga practitioners and inspiring teachers. He has crafted a unique series of classes designed to make practitioners of all levels feel comfortable, effective, and safe, free from fear or past limitations.

This Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga School was founded with the vision of creating a sacred space for dedicated yoga practitioners to enhance their practice on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Our team of Yoga masters from Mysore and beyond embraces a thorough, step-by-step approach to teaching Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy, Mantra Chanting, and Yoga Teaching Methodology. The insights and knowledge shared during our yoga classes, workshops, teacher training, and retreats at Yoga With Srinatha empower students to deepen their practice and awaken their true potential. The spiritual and philosophical depth of each member of our Yoga School enriches your experience, making it even more profound and impactful.
